Music Intent Statement

At Brierley Forest Primary and Nursery School our vision for music is that we provide every child with high quality experiences that are engaging and inspire all our pupils to develop a passion and enthusiasm for music. We will provide children with opportunities to sing, play an instrument and create music together to develop their music skills and talents. This will build on key skills such as bravery, determination and resilience through listening, composing and performing music. We aim to achieve this through our links to Get Set 4 Music, Rocksteady and collaborating in projects within our local community.
