The Treehouse

Hello and welcome to the Treehouse!

‘With a Treehouse and a little imagination, we can go anywhere.’

The Treehouse is an  alternative provision classroom, where a small group of mixed age children are benefitting from extra 1:1 and small group learning, as well as the opportunity to explore their environment and enjoy a calmer, more child centered space to learn.

The Treehouse is located at the front of the foundation building. Please bring your children to our gate when you drop them off in the morning and collect them from there at the end of the day. Our school day begins at 9.15am and ends at 3.15pm. There will always be a member of staff at the gate in the morning and at home time, who you can pass on any important information to.

In the Treehouse, the children have access to our own outside space, which during wet weather, can become extremely muddy. In order to keep our classroom clean, it would be really helpful if you could send your child in with a pair of slippers/indoor shoes and a pair of wellies or old trainers that they can get nice and muddy! These can be kept in school, in the children's cubbies.

PE is currently on Friday mornings, please send your child into school wearing their PE kit and trainers on Fridays.

Please don’t hesitate to come and speak to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind regards, Mrs Lane, Mrs Frost and Miss Griffiths.
