These tasks are to be done over several sessions.
Task 1: Please could you add an emotion to each stage of the day schedule. Think about how you may feel at each point of the day, if that was your day (see attached document).
Task 2: Now could you write down your schedule for the day and think of how you feel at each stage.
Task 3: By writing your answers in two lists or printing and cutting out the sheet, could you categories the activities on the sheet into Good and Not So Good. Think about how each activity makes you feel, and if you enjoy it or not (see attached document).
Task 4: After reading the blog post by Sammi Clarke (see attached document), could you write your own blog post about something that makes you feel good and happy. Please draw pictures to make it interesting to look at.
